The Glassdoor Talent Warrior Awards recognize industry leaders for their innovation when it comes to winning the war for talent, and for the second year in a row, Glassdoor aims to honor the leaders on the front lines of this battle.

How to nominate

You can nominate yourself or someone you feel stands out in their approach to talent acquisition. To get started, click the “nominate” button below and complete the short online form – it takes less than a minute.

Once you nominate someone for a Talent Warrior Award, Glassdoor will email the nominee letting them know. We’ll ask them to complete a brief online submission form in which we ask for some insight into their talent acquisition best practices and what makes them a true Talent Warrior. Once they complete this submission form, nominees are officially in the running.

When is the deadline?

Submissions must be complete by Friday August 1, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

How will the winners be selected?

The winners will be chosen by the Talent Warriors Judges Panel, which includes Glassdoor’s internal Talent Warrior, Will Staney, along with 2013 Talent Warrior winners including:

Steve Fogarty, Sr. Manager, Employer Branding & Digital Recruiting, 2013 Talent Warrior

The judges will evaluate nominees based on two key factors: the nominee’s completed submission and the company’s reputation on Glassdoor (specific to the nominee’s employer).

Who can win?

More than one person per company can be nominated, though only one person per company can win. Prior winners always hold their winner status, therefore cannot win a new Talent Warrior Award in a new year.

What are the minimum requirements?

Nominees must…

  • Be U.S. based.
  • Be in a role that includes HR, recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and/or talent acquisition within job title.
  • Have worked at the same company in a talent acquisition/recruiter role for at least the past 6 months.
  • Have a Glassdoor Free Employer Account.
  • Make sure their employers have at least 10 company reviews and 10 interview reviews on Glassdoor.
